Rey has been a Camden County resident since 1992 and was raised with an unwavering work ethic. This pushed Rey to dedicate himself to the construction industry, where he has worked for over 25 years. He has hands-on experience in all commercial and industrial roofing phases, from working on the job site to estimating, scheduling, purchasing, administration, and field coordination. In Rey's years of experience, he has been involved in projects ranging from simple repairs to replacing a 1,500,000-square-foot commercial roof. In 2002, Rey decided to venture into his own company, becoming the sole owner. Rey oversees the company's day-to-day operations and asset management as a sole proprietorship and president. He guides the strategic vision for continued customer-focused growth, ensuring all customers receive an exceptional building experience. He understands budgeting and scheduling difficulties that arise and works hard to accommodate each project's requirements.
Rey has excellent experience with low-slope systems such as TPO, PVC, and EPDM single-ply roofing systems. These are the three best flat roof systems on the market today. He works with different roof manufacturers with 10 to 25 years of warranties.
