We understand that leaks and damage can happen without warning, so we strive to respond to all inquiries promptly. A roof is a significant investment that should last more than two decades, so customers must understand their warranty in case of a problem. Choosing a reputable contractor that uses proven materials helps reduce the risk of future problems.
- diagnose
Our professional team will visually inspect your property for roof and structural damage. They will determine the type of roof deck, existing roof insulation, and roofing membrane. All the current roofing assembly components are analyzed and tested to determine what can be salvaged and incorporated into the new roof system. We document all necessary repairs with photos and detailed notes.
- design
They will explore all the possible options considering insulation needs, performance requirements, slope, win uplift, code requirements, manufacturer's specifications, etc. After exploring all the options, our team will narrow the focus, recommend the roofing solution with the most significant value to the client, and provide you with a fair and honest estimate.
- deliver
Our team will then explain in easy-to-understand terms how they would resolve the client’s roofing problems as if they were doing their building. You will be given brochures and samples to precisely understand what you are buying and how it will be installed. Long after our work on the site is finished, our warranties will be in place to protect our customers from unforeseen problems.
Single-Ply
Single-ply is wide-width sheeting meant for low-slope roofs. Single-ply roofs have far fewer seams than asphaltic rolled roof systems and don't require dangerous torches or hot asphalt for installation. They also come with prefabricated detailing accessories that make installation easy.
Liquid Coating Roofing
Liquid roofing systems are applied to roof surfaces in liquid form and cure to create a seamless, UV-resistant, and waterproof membrane.
Bituminous
Membrane System
It is made of asphalt combined with polymerized rubber or plastic, then reinforced with fiberglass to create a rugged-yet-flexible waterproof membrane. Modified bitumen roofing is primarily used on flat or low-slope commercial roofs.
Shingles/ Metal Panel
Shingles are flat, rectangular pieces of asphalt, composite, or other roofing material; they're applied from the base of the roof upwards and often overlap to provide full coverage.
Standing seam metal roofing is a concealed fastener roofing system that features vertical or trapezoidal legs with flat space in between.
